Rack pinion

Default Rack pinion

I have a 1991 Honda Accord EX I just replaced the rack pinion and outer tie rod ends and now two separate shop can not aligned the front has any one have this problem , I have checked the dimension of the old rack and tie and they match. I am stumped

Is the problem negative or positive toe?

it has ben awhile but I belive you need to remove the outer tie rods from the steering knuckle and thread them into further then reinstall into the knuckle. If this doesn't provide you the correct toe you need to compare the old and new rack and tie rods.

I have measured the rack and tie they all match length and dimension
