Default Radiator: Manual vs Auto Transmission

I am replacingthe radiatorfor my 99 Accord EX (Its a manual transmission).

The radiator Ilanded up with, had two ports for transmission fluid, even though while orderingI mentioned mine was manual. I am told to ignore them. My Question:Would I be losing cooling efficiency, not having used part of the core? (I returned it, because the fan didn't quite fit in).

Also, which is a good place/website to order radiators? Dealership seemed to be very pricy.

Most replacement radiators have the tranny cooler in them. Dont worry about it.

many non factory radiators come with those 2 A/T fittings,, no big deal.. i have installed dozens and dozens of them..you can easily use them with no issues,, but if fan did not mount properly , that is a diferent issue ,,,, try to get your hands on a Koyo radiator , they cost around $110-125,,,
