Update:

I found the culprit of my situation. There was an exposed wire making contact with ground which cause radio not to turn on. The wire was burned so replaced it with a new wire and used electrical tape and voila! Everything back to norm. Thanks again poorman212 for taking your time to provide a bit of help.
