Nobody here is a mind-reader. Provide some details of vehicle; engine type, trim level. Place that info in your signature line and it's always presented when you post.

good luck

Also your local auto parts store can tell you when you provide some info about the vehicle.

Brake pads (rotors), or brake shoes (drums) vary from about 15.00 to 50.00 depending on the brand you get.

Also hopefully you did not drive to long with the "grind" and there is no damage to the rotors/drums.

You should pick up a Haynes or Chiltons repair manual. Parts stores and Wal-Mart sell them or get a used one off eBay for cheap. They'll show pictures and instructions on how to repair your brakes. For cost, price brake shoes (for drum brakes) or pads (for disc brakes) at your local parts store or look them up on the store's website. If the shoe/pad worn into the drum/rotor you will either have to take the drum/rotor in to be turned (remachined) or you will have to replace it. If you have drum brakes in the rear you will probably need to replace the wheel seal too that keeps grease on the wheel bearings.
