Relay in dash buzzes sometimes. Might not start starter.

Does it seem to happen if the car has sat overnight vs a short sitting - say two to four hours....sits for up to 6 hours and no issues....let it sit for more than X hours and the noise happens for a few seconds after initial start?

It may seem to occur if it sits over night. Today it occurred on first start, next start (within a few seconds) did not occur (next did occur did not crank, within few seconds) did crank without any noise. Is there a start Relay? What is the proper name? Thanks for any help.
