Default Removing transmission dipstick tube

Hello all,

I have a 2000 Accord EX V6 automatic with a clogged transmission dipstick tube. I haven't been able to clean it out from the top so I was wondering if there is there a way to remove the tube?

Thanks

There is one mounting bolt that must be removed, then the tube can be pulled straight out. There is an o-ring on the end of the tube.

How did the tube get clogged?

Wow, short of dropping a foreign object down the tube, I cannot say I've ever heard of a clogged tube before.
