Default replacing cabin filter

how do you replace the cabin filter on a 2005 honda accord?got ahaynes but it sez to release the glove compartmet catch...but thats not it..a reply will be deeply appreciated.

thanks rtexas...i figuered it out right after i posted... took about 15 minutes...paid 13 bucks for it at advance...had 19k on it a nd needed it...glad the post helped others as it appeared that lots of them were in need of it as per replys.i think i ll do mine every year from here on out...sorry for the enlarged print....wont happen agin.....later.

But why didn't you go to our DIY section and look it up .. it is right there plain as daylite

that was so easy... it took me 5 minutes total to replace the cabin filter... thanks for the DIY post... you just saved me $70 bc that's what my Honda dealer charges per hour... fkin crooks...
