Default Replacing TPMS Sensors

Hi all, new member here. I have a 2010 Accord EX (140,000 miles) and when I had new tires installed recently I had them install new Denso TPMS sensors in all four wheels. Things were fine for a couple weeks but now the TPMS light stays on. Is this because I have to "register" the new sensors with the car's computer? I guess a Honda dealer is the only place that has the tool to do this. Is there any other way to get the light to go out other than going to a dealer?
Thanks

Many tire shops also have the equipment to register the TPMS sensors.
