Default tpms issues

i put some 2010 crosstour wheels on my 2010 sedan and have been having problems with my tpms ever since. i've had them programmed twice and the light stays off for several days, but eventually comes back on. i kept the same sensors that were originally on the car so the computer could still communicate. honda tells me i need 4 new sensors that will cost $300+! that was after they charged me $110 when i just asked them to see what was going on with the tpms light. i raised all kind of stink and they gave my money back. i had even bought the car from them! regardless, has anyone been having the same problem? please don't respond with "just put black electrical tape over the light". thanks!

So you moved your original wheel sensors over to the crosstour wheels? Any chance they were damaged by the tire-mounting machine?
