Last question, how should I ground the negative wire in the dashboard receiver, Monitor, and rear view camera?

The ground wires can be attached to a bolt on the car's such as a bracket, etc. Usually you can use an existing bolt under the dash area; or if there is a hole already in a metal bracket use a bolt and nut to secure the ground wires with a ring terminal connector.

It is behind the driver's side kick panel. See post #9 link. There is a small access door for the fuses on the kick panel or if you need more room, the kick panel can be removed.

I stripped and attached the green wire for the receiver, now I am still confused where to add the add-a-circuit. Is it supposed to click in somewhere or do I need to hold it there with tape?

The fuse box lid should say the numbers. I previously listed the unused slots for all models. On your car, you have even more due to the trim level not being fully equipped as some of model trim levels.

See attached picture. These should have power with the ignition in ON or START.

The receiver and transmitter work fine however, I tried using the two open ports (29/31) and that did not power the monitor on. I then tried using port 7 which is the back up port and that failed as well. Unsure why or what to do from here.

Try a used fuse slot to piggy-back off of. Read the littelfuse instructions regarding how to piggyback a used fuse slot.
