Rotating tires on '00 Accord EX

I'm new to Honda cars and am trying to rotate the tires on the driver's side. I have directional tires so I'm just going front to back and vice versa. Front tire came off as planned. Back tire is stuck for some reason. All 5 lugs are off and the tire spins but will not come off.
I looked in the owner's manual and found nothing. Any help?
Thanks.

Are you sure that the E-brake is off? Do the lugs appear rusty? If so, tap with a rubber hammer on the backside of the wheels as you rotate them. It's damn sure worth a try and costs nothing.

Yeah, I checked the e brake and the lugs are fine. My problem was that I was being extremely cautious with my new car. I just gave it a little kick at the bottom of the tire and knocked it loose. Problem solved...tires rotated.
Thanks for your help though.

Glad you got it squared away.
Actually this is my favorite trick - back in the Israeli Army i was a martial arts instructor - theres a kick called Uromovashi - kindof 360 degree high kick...so
i lift the car up if the tire doesnt come on - i just make a nice kick - works 101%! [8D]
Also - its always good to balance the tires when you rotate them
