I think you were sabotaged...some jackass dropped a screw down through your oil fill cap.

That wont put the screw into the combustion chamber.

hmm. thats the only other way a screw can enter the combustion chamber other than the intake. another possibility i guess but id still be their fault and you would have noticed it soon after the plug check
