Default Slack in Throttle Cable - How to tighten

I was working on my engine the other day and noticed the throttle cable was hanging down from the "track" it fits up in to. There doesn't appear to be enough clask for it to slide off but after looking it over, I wasn't sure how to tighten that up. I assume the two nuts further down the cable towards the driver side (top middle of the engine compartment) need to be loosened and tightened. Rather then screw something up I've never done I'll ask for direction.

How tight does that need to be? Thanks in advance!

I'm pretty sure it's supposed to have some slack in it, but don't remember exactly how much. If you adjust the cable, it could affect the way the transmission shifts.

Search v=rawvJop772E on YouTube for a good video on how to do this adjustment.

The throttle cable has to have some slack, but it doesn't need to be much. Only enough to ensure that the throttle plate closes completely.

The "other" throttle cable, which goes from the throttlebody down to the automatic transmission, has an adjustment procedure, and THAT's the only cable that influences how the transmission shifts.

Look throught the DIY section, I'm pretty sure there's something in there about bleeding the brakes. I know I wrote something about bleeding the ABS.
