Speedometer issues

Well my repair was a success! I used heat gun on the circuit board directly behind the speedo and did some solder repair on the main board where the screws attach to the speedo. The screws act as contact and pass the current to the speedo from the main board. Some of the solder looked like it was worn away. See some picture below. Thanks again to all the posters for great info and ideas!
