Unhappy Speedometer/odometer/cruise not working 96 accord

I recently swaped out my 2.2l non vtec engine in my 96 accord. When I started it up the D4 light was on solid. The car would only start off in high gear. Found that one of the solenoids on the trans was not properly plugged in. Now the trans works fine and D4 light is off. But, my speedometer and odometer haven't worked since. I have 500 ohms on both speed sensors front and back of trans. Also measure 0.269 volts at both connectors. I visually inspected both sensors for damage - none. Everything worked fine until the engine swap. Also, I only swapped the engine. I still have the same trans, sensors, etc.
Any help with troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

The VSS is where you need to be, just want to be sure we are talking about the same sensor....down almost right under the tb.

TB = throttle body.

Stop by a parts store and have them scan for codes. You OBD2 connector is behind the ash tray. Post any codes on here.
