Default Squeaking noise after I turned to sharp...?

I drive a 94 Honda accord with manual transmission, and yesterday I took a left turn going too fast without thinking, and instantly after I turned it started making a squeaking or grinding noise. It now does it randomly, sometimes when I'm on the brakes and sometimes when I'm not. I thought it was brakes but it doesn't seem like it since its also doing it when I'm not on the brakes. What could it be?

Did the car leave the road?

It stayed on the road the whole time. The sound is definitely more prominent when I am on my brakes, however it still happens when i'm not. Could it still possibly be brakes?

Yes, I would pull the tires and inspect all four corners.....didn't give trim level so I don't know it the rear brake set up.
