SRS and ABS lights coming on and off

SRS and ABS lights coming on and off
These 2 lights keep coming on and off (not at the same times.) Started with the SRS (airbag) light and later the ABS light started the same thing. The SRS started about 6 monts back and the ABS started few months back. Have tried every thing, scan tool reader, flashing the lights, nothing shows any thing. Worked with special shops on the SRS but no one can help? Help please... its a 96 honda accord EX 4 cyl auto trans. THANKS

Couple of things.
1) the 96 still has the service connector under the glove box.....jump it and check for codes. I read what you posted but please check......cost = a bit of time and a paperclip.
2) verify that the backup fuse is good.
3) clean the battery cable ends - both ends. Be sure they are tight as well.
