Today while driving my Accord home from work I noticed that the SRS light came on and I'm wondering what might have caused this to come on.

The car has 178,000 miles on it and this light has never come on before today so if anyone has to any idea as to why this light is coming on it would be greatly appreaciated as to know why.

go to your Honda dealer....

MOST of the SRS system is lifetime warranty. but some things like OPDS unit and SRS unit arn't...most likely is a 9-3. driver buckle

 

and to add, "most of the time" the drivers buckle will be covered....some have been able to clean the buckle and get the code to clear.
