Default Stalls decelerating with clutch down

Every once and awhile my 2001 accord 2.2 L 4 cylinder will stall or idles really low when I have the clutch down. Now this only happens occasionally, not every time. This only started happening over the past month. I already changed the ignition switch and apparently didn't solve the problem. The local dealership suggested it could be the main fuel relay, but they couldn't replicate what happens (they called honda tech support for a possible sollution), does anyone also agree with them? Or any other suggestions of what's causing this? I don't want to go back to the dealer only to find out that isn't the problem and pay for it, also I should be able to do the repairs myself.
