Question strange sound when key at ignition or start

It just happens today in my 1989 Honda Accord: every time when I put the key and turn into ignition position or start the engine, a continuous sound like a fan blade touching against some metal part happens regularly until remove the key ...
Would anyone give me some idea about what's wrong with my car, and what I can do to eliminate that sound ? (Car still can be run).
Thanks
mike

Possibly a starter issue weak starter solenoid contacts or bad battery connections (inspect and clean carefully).

good luck

Is this under the hood or inside the car....Is the blower motor on?

Hi, do you also have the ALB light on on your dashboard? because my Honda Accord happens to make the same noise as the one you described. The noise's on while I drive, it stops when I stop driving, even if the motor's still running. So I got my car checked by a friend who isn't a real car guy though, well apparently it's something about a part pumping some liquid into the brakes system. An ABS (ALB) pump issue. Hope that helps. If anyone else can help, I'd be grateful
