I have a 2006 Accord 2.4L that has an issue with the starter. Right after starting it will have a rattle for a few seconds. My wife (it's her car) has also reported that it is becoming slow to start on occasion.

A couple of years ago I had the problem where it would not start on occasion (turn the key and nothing happens) and I replaced the starter. I still have the old one which is a Honda Mitsuba SM-71005. I think I am going to try to rebuild it as it was starting the car fine when it was replaced - outside of the issue with the occasional non-start of course.

I am having troube figuring out exactly which rebuild kit I need. Most places either only have one kit listed or have so many that I'm not confident I am getting the right one. Can anyone help?

Is there a recommended kit?
