steering wheel change help

1996 honda help will not start
i have a 1996 honda accord 4cyl / auto, when i got the car the ignition key broke so i changed the entire steering section now the car will not crank no lights or anything. Do anyone know what i have to do in order to get the car to crank?

Do you have a volt meter to test some inputs on a few wires?
I'll try to read between the lines and guess one of the under hood fuses has blown - headlights, brake lights and horn should work out side of the key being on.....
