I have 94 accord ex 5 speed I recently replaced both front axles after hearing a tick. But now I hear a knock every time I step on the gas when the car whines down I can hear it. Any ideas as to what could causing the noise?

 

Lots of ideas, sorry. You are going to have to narrow this down, close inspection of several suspension pieces.

Strut mounts - Strut Rod bushings - Control Arms - Sway Bar bushings and end links - Motor mount - More and more.
