Tail Lights staying on?
Take off the rear lamp cluster & look for a messed-up gasket (#9). Or corrosion in the sheetmetal behind the gasket.
Also, the lamp housing itself is several pieces of plastic (different colors) glued together. Look for any seams coming loose? There's probably a vent somewhere, so don't seal that up.
