94 accord 5 speed, reverse lights come on when it is almost in gear but not quite but then turn off when I get it all the way into gear. Any ideas?

 

Probably an intermittent transmission reverse switch. You can short the connector to the switch and confirm light stays on all the time. Fix by replacing switch unless an intermittent circuit is discovered.

From shop manual it's on top of trans underneath lower radiator hose. You will likely need a deep socket to remove.
