Default timing belt issue

i Have a 92 accord that i recently bought and i had to replace the timing belt. no issue there but i was driving today and i think the timing belt went. the car died and wont kick over it cranks but wont start. I dont know if this is just a belt issue or if its being caused elsewhere. if anyone has had a similar issue or know what may be the cause id appreciate the input, Thanx

Turn the engine by hand using crankshaft pulley bolt (19mm). Open oil fill cap and see if you can see the cam turning. You may need an assistant for this.
