I have a 96 LX Sedan, 5spd with 183XXX miles,and I was wondering if there is a master registry to tell if the timing belt has been replaced by a Honda dealer?

Also, are there any tell tale signs that would give me a clue as to if the timing belt has been replaced? Thanks!

 

I think any dealer can look up the warranty history of a car, but I don't know about things that were done out of warranty.
