Default Timing belt tensioner let go

I have a 2012 Honda Accord EX-L 3.5 V6. Had a clacking noise for a while but went away after it warmed up and all of a sudden while driving it started not running right and then the check engine light came on and it lost a lot of power, started making a back pressure noise through the intake and I could tell I had a misfire. Limped it back home and checked the codes. Had a PO 300, 301, 302, 303. I put coils and plugs in it. Still ran bad so I took the timing covers off and the belt was slacked on the cams on both heads. Tensioner is bad. Jumped timing. Do y'all think I could have bent valves? I was thinking about getting a new tensioner and retiming the engine and starting it up to see if it runs ok. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. 💀

You won't know until you get the car back in time. How many teeth are you off with the timing?

PAhonda I'm not sure? I'll be able to tell you tomorrow hopefully. The car still cranks and runs but poorly. When I changed the coil packs and the plugs it ran better for a few minutes but then it started acting up again. I drained the capacitors in the computer and it ran fine for about 20 minutes or so of driving and then about 2 miles from my house it started doing the same thing. That's why I'm thinking it didn't bend any valves. After that I had it towed to my God Daddy's shop so I could take it apart and that's when I found out the belt was loose. 💀

PAhonda, sorry I just got to work on the car last night. I caught COVID and couldn't go to the shop. It was way off, didn't count teeth because I pulled the belt off with one finger. Tensioner completely failed. I just started from the basics to retime the engine. Turned the front cam 720 degrees and the timing mark lined up with no pressure on the springs. Turned the back cam 18 times or roughly 6,480 degrees and it jumps about 30 degrees past the timing mark. The back cam is the cam with all 3 cylinders misfiring. When I turn it back to the timing mark there is so much pressure on it that it just feels very unsafe. I've done a lot of timing belts years ago but I don't ever remember a cam feeling like that? It just doesn't feel normal, way too much pressure on it when aligned. Feels like it's compressing the springs to the point if I move it slightly the cam jumps forwards or backwards. Is this normal for a J35Z2 engine? It shore doesn't feel normal. I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you. 💀
