Default Timing and O2 Voltage

So I'm having a small issue with my car and I'm trying to monitor the car using an Ultra-gauge to see if I can find irregularities.
Anyone know what the typical O2 Voltage should look like? I know it varies a lot when I'm driving but what should I be looking for if there are issues there?

Also with the timing. There is an option to display the advance timing but I have no idea what the number displayed means. I think it was around 20 most of the time.

Any other important pieces of information I should be monitoring? I'm having minor ignition and timing problems is all.

Primary O2 sensor (ahead of converter) should swap from 0.1V to 0.9V several times per second at speed. At idle will be slower. Numbers slightly above 0.1 and slightly below 0.9 are OK also.

Secondary o2 sensor should change very slowly and generally remain near upper end of 0.9V (indicating converter is saturated w/ o2 I think?). It will go low under some conditions indicating low o2 in exhaust stream (cat is absorbing o2). It's been some time since I've looked at this and may have gotten backwards.

Timing should be perhaps 15-40 BTDC and will vary depending on load and engine speed.

good luck

timing is 15 degrees +/- 2 degrees at idle base setting with check connector jumped.
what "issues" are you having? the oxygen sensors will trigger the MIL if there is an issue with them, and they rarely cause driveability problems.
