05 ? Small dipstick hole? Can only use the 07 Pilot as a ref. There is a "plug" at the top of the tranny, look for ~17mm bolt with blue paint-if OE-I think it is stamped/raised with "FILL" on it. I think in the manual there is a section on changing/adding fluid that should help.

If it does have the "bolt/plug" at the top let me warn you, you'll think you are going to break something when trying to get it loose...got a funny story on the wifes from this summer, but that is for another day....Thanks to desert for helping me with that this summer.

Refill the transmission through the dipstick guide pipe (which in the dipstick hole).

To check fluid level:
  1. Engine should be at normal operating temperature (radiator fan come on once).
  2. Turn off engine, check level within 60-90 seconds after engine is turned off.
Higher fluid level may be indicated if radiator fan comes on twice or more. (This mean if the engine is hotter than what is normal operating temperature, checking the fluid when hot may not be accurate.)

Do not overfill. If the fluid level is overfilled, when the car is driven with the level above the dipstick upper mark, the car moves in the N position, and shift malfunction will occur. (That is essentially what the service manual says, so it is important to properly check the fluid level at normal operating temp. and not overfill.)

The fill bolt is down between the end of the fuse box and the air filter box. My 03 V6 has the recall "jet kit" installed, so I fill through that hole. It's like a fill bolt, with a hole for the jet kit drilled through it. Don't know if your car has the jet kit or not.
