Transmission problem
1993 Honda Accord SE, 2.2L SOHC 16V engine. 4 Speed Automatic w/Overdrive.
Started car, drove and things were fine. Let off gas and car jerked. Stepped accelerator the car revved did not go into gear. Stopped and it went into gear. It drives fine until I let off the accelerator.
I did the "Blue Connector" thing. Turned the key on but did not start. Nothing.
Started the car with the "Blue Connector jumped. Looked like a code 1 or 10.
Any ideas?

Let me give a bit more information on my problem. The "D4" is flashing continuously after the car starts. When driving, regardless of speed, if I let off the accelerator the speedometer go to zero or almost zero. The transmission will then slam. It does not go into another gear because if I press the accelerator the engines revs but there is no power to the wheels.
As the car slows down and there is more slamming it will start to apply power to the wheels. Shift points upon acceleration seem to be within specs.
Lacking any other information I have pretty much concluded that the transmission is toast, burnt toast.
Have I missed something? Speed Sensor? What makes the speedometer drop to zero?
