Thank you. I just did and there are wires taped together with a black unit on the end. This was under the steering wheel. I am having my boyfriend looking at it and taking it out for me. Hopefully I will know something soon or by tomorrow. However thank you once again.

Angry What else could it be?

Well we have removed the black box that I posted about and that was not the problem. What else could be causing this problem? Could it be a computer somewhere, or module? I am just getting fusterated by this problem

Its not a computer problem. It is either a voltage or a ground problem. That means you need to get a volt meter and test for voltage and ground for the components that are not working.

Once you determine that either voltage or ground is missing, then you can start working backwards to figure out the source of the problem.

Do you know how to test for voltage? and continuity to ground? Do you have a volt meter?

Do your brake lights work?

Yes I have a volt meter and I know how to use it. The brake lights do work, it is the gauges, the power windows, the sunroof and I have to do the shift lock before I start the car or it is stuck in park. I will try testing that tomorrow. Thanks

If you go to the common diy thread on top of the gen tech help forum, you can find a link to online shop manuals. You can get a 94 shop manual as a pdf for free that has all of the wiring diagrams.

I would start with something easy to access like the power window switch and the sunroof switch. There will be tests in that manual that will tell you which wires to test and the readings you should get (like 12V when the key is in the II position, etc...).
