Question Two Transmission Oil Questions

First:
I checked my transmission oil. I believe it's low but i'm not quite sure. I have 3 holes on my dipstick, two are at the very very bottom and one is at the top. Is your oil supposed to be somewhere in between, closer to the top, or closer to the bottom?

Second:
That I believe my transmission oil is low and I have been having some slipping/jerking issues. I plan on doing a full flush, you know the 3x method. I've bought the oil just waiting for it to come on monday. That I am doing a full flush is it ok to put like a quart of Dexron (sp) in there just to get me through the weekend and hold me over till Monday or should I just wait till monday?

It should be between the two bottom holes. Sorry, but don't know enough to help you with second question. BOL...

You can add dextron for a temporary fix.

Look in your owner's manual about the proper fluid level and how to check it.
