The Fan

The Fan
I checked the fuse and I'm pretty sure I properly checked the relay to the radiator cooling fan. So is the only thing left the actual fan? It's not turning on when I'm stopped like it should and the car starts to overheat when I'm stopped for too long. Is the fan the only other option if the fuse and relay are fine?

Start the car and turn on the a/c. See if both fans turn on.
If not, shut off the car, unplug the fan that is not working, then start the car with the a/c turned on. See if you have voltage across the two pins to the fan that is not working using a volt meter.
Put your car's info in your signature. The year (97?), model (LX, EX,..), auto/manual trans, 4 or 6 cylinder?
Which radiator fan is not working, the passenger or the driver's side?

I seemed to have figured out that the fan is working because it does come on when I turn on the A/C. It is the driver's side radiator fan. I have a 97 accord EX 4cyl. I have checked the fuse as well as the relay. I'm not sure what else is left. Does anyone know what else it could be?
Thanks

So only one fan runs with the a/c turned on? Both should turn on.
If only one fan is working, unplug the fan that is isn't working. Check for voltage across the two pins to that fan with the car running and the a/c turned on.
