ULEV swap on 95 lx!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Modifying your wiring harness for a 95 EX engine would be much much easier vs. a ULEV engine. It's possible that the car's harness is the same and you'll only need to have the engine harness from the EX engine.

Wow, that was a horrible call on your part blindly picking out a Honda motor to swap in...
Even the 98-02 guys don't swap those ULEV engines in because they are such a pain to work around the 32-bit ECU and wideband O2 sensor.
There's a lot of wiring connectors that need to be re-pinned to get it to work and in the end it's not worth the time or money. I don't know of any mechanic who'd be willing to take on the work or any owner that would be willing to pay for that many labor hours.
Assuming your LX has the F22B2 in it (non-VTEC), the F22B1 (VTEC) is a fairly simple swap. You will need the EX ECU and the VTEC solenoid needs to be wired and I believe the distributor needs to be rewired.
