Default Upper control arm torque specs for 2000 accord?

Some of you may remember me posting a thread a while back about an odd noise that I would hear while driving that was NOT consistent with rotational speed. I found out that it was the bushings on the upper control arm, so I'm replacing the entire control arm as a new one comes with two new bushings and a new ball joint.

I need the torque specs for the bushings and the ball joint castle nut if anyone has them. Appreciate it.

I'll do a write up with pictures when I do the job. Waiting on the part to come in the mail. Kinda wondering if I should have just replaced both control arms or not. If one side is bad, the other may be close.

castle nut spec: 29-35 ft lbs
upper arm: 47 ft lbs

hint: you can fully torque the ball joint, but for the upper control arm wait until the vehicle is back on the ground and jounce the front suspension a couple times. then torque to spec.
