Looks like ONE mile! Forget the 15W50 and go back to what has worked so well all these miles, M1 5W30. Honda four bangers are known for being a bit noisy as far as ticking goes. EF???? I think you meant EP as in Extended Performance. Don't count on it going 15,000 miles, I've seen oil analysis' where is was worn out by 7500 miles.

NICE!
Check the timing. That "dieseling" sound could be a slight timing issue that is real easy to fix. Definately not a bearing.
