Default valve lash

sorry about posting in wrng area i have a 1993 honda accord special edition 2.2 engine automatic it broke the cam i replaced it and the timeing belt i adjusted the valve lash to 30 for the ex and 26 for the intake like it sayes cranked the car and the rocker arms rattle BAD so i ran them all the way down and backed them off so they will have a little space between them and guess what no rattle the car runs good but it does have a rough idol so my question is why when the set like it sayes the rocker arms-valves rattle BAD THANKS

You set them at .30 mm and .26 mm correct?, not inches. That's .011-.012 and .010 inches. At those tolerances, the rockers should not rattle.
