vibration and motor mount wear
Dear All,
I have a 2004 Accord EX 5-sp, 4-door with vibration between 20-25 mph. It has been present since I bought the car used with 25K miles on it in 2007.
I recently did some front end work (upper control arm replacement), which decreased the vibes by about 50%.
I removed the right front motor mount which looks like a black cylinder with a rectangular attachment point for the motor end on top. I was able to easily move this rectangular attachment around. I did not see any tears or breaks in the mount. I attempted to find one at an auto parts store for comparison, but the part has to be ordered.
Is this amount of movement normal or should it be stiff?
I was able to get some video with my phone, but don't know how to upload it (MP4 format too large).
Any help would be appreciated.

If it was intact then I would say it is ok. Was this on the trans end?
Does the vibration happen all the time at those speeds? Or is it only when at a constant speed or only under acceleration, ect.

It is on the engine block, passenger side, and attaches were the frame rail would be, not on the tranny.
It occurs 75% of the time at the same speed, whether accelerating or not.
I showed it to 2 friends who think it is bad, but I don’t have a new one for comparison.
