If your VIN has the number 3,4 on the bolt red digit then it is a LX. If there is a 5/6 it is an EX.
Last digits are 5533.. LX?....

It says LX without anti-lock brakes.

Yes. No anti lock brakes... it's an LX.
I don't believe this model comes with vtec... correct?

The LX did not come with v-tec. I suspect someone replaced the engine with a Japanese vtec engine. I'm guessing the PCM is for the LX, because it is not giving a check engine light. To verify, the OEM PCM part number will be on a sticker on the PCM. It will start with 37820-.....

The pcm is under the carpet near the firewall on the passenger side. You pull back the carpet, and there is a metal plate you unbolt.

This video is for an Acura CL, but is almost identical to your accord to get to the PCM.

Quick question, I'm looking to possibly change out the timing belt also some other stuff. Do I buy parts for a vtec or non vtec accord?

Sorry.. another question.. in my album pictures it's titled "misc part" cam someone please take a look and let me know what this miscellaneous metal tube hole is? I have a manual tranny so I'm at a loss.. thanks all!!

buy the belt for the vtec.

I think that picture is a vent on the transmission. It probably should have a tube that bends down on it so nothing gets into the transmission.

When the heads are swapped from non vtec to vtec are timing gears/belt changed also?
