Question Water leak under passenger seat

I have a 2001 Honda Accord EX V6. Anytime it rains water comes in the car and I can't figure out how it's coming in. It's starting from under the front passenger seat, on the left side. The mechanic has checked the sunroof and A/C but could not determine where the water is coming in from. It only happens when it rains and it happens whether or not I am driving or the car is parked. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem???

Had the same issue on my 00. discovered that there is a drain tube on the far left side (under the fuse box area) and the tube came disconnected and was draining into the interior. you have to get a flash light and look to the left of your brake pedal. Took a few minutes to locate, but once i reconnected the tube the problem was solved. Good luck.
