I've got the new water pump in, all new seals, new tensioners and I'm ready to do the belts. I did notice that one spark plug had oil in it. Just wanted your opinion should I replace the bottom seals now or just try new uppers and hope that fixes it? Do the lower seals go bad all that often? Thanks in advance!

 

while you have that much of the engine broken down it would be a good idea to go ahead and do all that as well. better safe than sorry. those seals should be replaced every time you put on a new valve cover set along with the uppers, it all comes in a kit.
