These are just todays listing of what all this POS needs.....yea...I am going to do JUST ENOUGH to keep it runnable till I can get a better car....then this thing goes to car hell....because it sure dont deserve heaven.

New dist.
New Alt.
New batt.
New suspension
New susp. bushings
Tranny synchros (all)
New AC controls (all *****/dials busted)
New Gauges (cracks through the lens)
Recharge on the AC
New corner lights or 1 piecers
1 new window (break in the other night)
possibly 1 other window motor (doesnt roll up or down)
and various other little things I keep finding

Jesus....i REALLY should have looked around more....too bad I needed a car like THAT day. I figure after that list....this car IMO...worth maybe...$700....which is NOT what I payed for it.

and the real crapper....I was talking with this guy the other day....he had a lowered, same year, black primered, straight bodied and some other things done.....selling for the same price as I payed for this POS......didnt exactly HELP my mood any.

oh well...live some....learn some

 

i say part it out. sell what you can on ebay (and here), then sell the rest to a junkyard.

I would LOVE to part this thing out.....which in my eyes right now....is more than it deserves. Although today I sprang for a new battery for it and a new Alt belt cause I saw the old one slipping pretty bad....so i had my hopes on the belt some....but no....still has the batt light on. Gawd I hate this car...and the a**wipe that sold it to me...but I know...I should have looked around more.


Im figuring I will just Youtube its destruction in the desert....and when it blows up (and I will insure it will) then get it hauled off to the junkyard and get my lousy $500 for it.

rent a storage garage thing (not sure what their called) and keep it there. you usually pay monthly. Rent one for two months, spend the two months parting it out, then your good. Or sell as much interior stuff as you can while still maintaning its drivability. interior panels, dash, rear seats, seatbelts (just kidding), etc.

then sell it to a junkyard.
