Default What is best OBD II scanning tool for Hondas?

Just curious to know what everybody favours and why? Is there a diagnostic OBD scanner that works best over others for Hondas? (I have a 2001 Honda Accord 2.3 Liter ULEV)

Requirement for me: Live or real time scanning and freeze frame capability to capture and display all engine management vitals such as:
Short Term & Long Term Fuel trims,
sensor voltage readings (O2, TPS, EGR, Temperature, etc. )

If you could format response:
Scanner Make:
Scanner Model:
Scanner Price:
Personal use (DIY):
Commercial use (shop, repairs as side job etc.):
Reports downloadable to PC: Y or N?
Ease of Use (scale of 1 to 10):

I don't know what is the best, but the one they sell at Harbor Freight works fine for me. Buy the one with ABS, it's around $107.00 that's how I found my wheel sensor problem.

I've had good luck with the Bluetooth Elm based Kiwi and the dash command app on Android.

I've been using OBD fusion from the App Store and a $15 ELM OBDII wifi adapter for years with no problems. This setup is only for simple diagnostics. The more complex (airbag, continuity test, etc) will need a better reader.

I bought a power probe kit a year ago as well for my F250. If anyone is ever trying to diagnose an electrical gremlin, I fully recommend it. It will look for relay faults, bad fuses, continuity from the fuse and relay sockets, ground issues and a million other things. I have found it works great on any car, and is especially good, if you are installing electronic aftermarket parts such as stereos etc. If will find wires that have switched continuity for things like reverse cameras. For example the switched wire for the reverse lights etc., without studying all the wiring schematics.
