The code 68 is an issue with the brake switch, or the wiring.

Do your brake lights turn on when you push the brake pedal?

A mechanic installed one new bulb in for brake light then why the code is still listed when the auto store employee listing all codes from device he had on my car. Wonder why reset done at mechanic shop did not make codes off / erase each time after they finished the job?

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what you are saying.

A bad brake bulb would not cause a code 68.

When you push the brake pedal, do the brake lights turn on?

Sorry, I was not clear and recently edited it; your question is not clear. :/

Do you mean the brake light on the dashboard you asked OR lights on the rear of car?

See PA Honda comment above saying it has nothing to do with bulb replacement on rear. However, I'm concerned because my car recently passed annual inspection. To answer ur question, I have to ask someone to stand rear while I brake on the driveway.
