What is hanging from my car?
I heard something scraping yesterday while driving and look under my car to find this hanging there. Is there any problem? How do I remount this piece and is there anything wrong with the car?

Front catalytic converter hanger #27? Can't quite tell from the photo. Consider having an exhaust shop put it on a lift and see what they can do. Rusty exhaust systems are no fun to work on with just jackstands.
