Default Wheel bearing/hub question

Just wondering. (2000 accord se) replacing the wheel bearings in the rear.
Should the whole assembly or just the bearings be replaced?

The rear hub and bearing are one unit. It is not like the front of the car where you can buy the hub or the bearing.

Here is a good video on how to replace. It should be very similar.
