Starter bendix is getting stuck or your flywheel is going bad.

it's a 1995 Honda Accord Coupe EX and it happens randomly... In the mornings mostly and then little throw out the day and it also spits out oil when I shift from park to D4

Where is it spitting out oil?

The noise is likely the starter bendix. You can try pulling the starter and use some moly grease to help the bendix retract.

Thanks man that helps a lot and we think it's the tranny but I had some guy look at it without putting it up on jack and he said he thinks I need a new oil pan... So I have no idea where it's coming from lol
