Default wierd Jolt/Jerk

So I have an 3.0 vtec accord it is an 2000'

for whatever reason it seems to jerk or jump forward when I drive it.

this jerking issue isnt too bad unless I turn on the AC or Heater and then it seems like the car wants to stall out. The RPMs do not fluctuate at all.

It feels more like the tranny isnt sifting down correctly. The problem aslo seems to happen more when I have it in D4 and driving around town compared to D3. I hope this makes sense.

if any of you have any input or suggestions about how to trouble shoot this issue let me know

I have a theory that the IDLE tension pully for the main drive belt is starting to lock up.

if it was starting to stick; then the car would definitely jerk/jump...

am I way off on this theory or has someone ever dealt with this ?

there isn't any codes stored.

it isn't the pulley as I thought it would be

I commented before that the RPMs are not affected but they are.
I turned on the AC after letting the car warm up and the RPMs fluctuate between 500 and 800.

idle control valve?

Not too good with the 6th gens....idle, on the older ones, with the AC on....dirty Idle Air Control valve.

I've read hundreds of posts about trans issues with the 6th gen's......the "jerk" could be the lock up not letting loose when it should.....whne was the last trans fluid change....what fluid was used. PA and I agree.....(friendly joke between us, sorry), USE ONLY Honda fluid in the trans.
