Default wind noise 1998 lx

Has anyone sussed out the wind noise at speeds over 60mph. I silasticed up gully in windscreen rubber. No diffrence only got water in when washing with wipers so spent 2 hours getting it all out. Glued a squash ball between mirror and body, trying to change airflow. No diffrence. Maybe I need to chill, but it's driving me crazy. My Welsh mechanic say's save petrol and drive below 60 and the problems gone. This a brilliant site I'm feeling better all ready.

"got water in when washing with wipers so spent 2 hours getting it all out."
So are you saying the windshield is leaking around the seams?

The windshield rubber has got a groove running up so at speed the airflow clears water up and over. when i filled it with rubber it flowed in the car if window was open. Have i got the only windnoisy accord?. Maybe its the beans.haha
